Pregnancy is the most wonderful time in a woman's life wherein she witnesses the miracle of growing a life inside her. This is also the time to take utmost care of her nutrition and fitness. It is crucial to have the correct knowledge that is evidence-based and discards all rumours and myths, to ensure a healthy and safe pregnancy and delivery.
