INFS PRIVACY POLICY

INFS (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”) and Data protection is of a particularly high priority for the management of the INFS. The use of the Internet pages of the INFS is possible without any indication of personal data; however, if a data subject wants to use our services via our website, processing of personal data could become necessary. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no statutory basis for such processing, we generally obtain consent from the data subject.

The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject shall always be in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology Rules, 2011 adopted by India’s IT Ministry, India’s Ministry of Communications ‘Press Note’ Technology, with clarifications and Ministry Of Communications And Information Technology (Department Of Information Technology) Notification Dated 11th April 2011 and The General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) applicable to INFS. By means of these data protection declaration, our enterprise would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-app virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you.  We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Website depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:   

Personal Data

Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Website or when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Website, such as your age, gender, address, posting comments in our blog section, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your comment section of the Website, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public and your data will be accessible to anyone who accesses the Website. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Website/Application.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Website, such as your native actions that are integral to the Website, including your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Website your liking, rating, re-blogging, or replying to a post, as well as other interactions with the Website and other users via server log files.

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card/debit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Website. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Cashfree, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

If the data subject resides outside India then the payment has to be made through "PayPal" during the payment process, we automatically transmit the data of the data subject to PayPal. By selecting this payment option, the data subject agrees to the transfer of personal data required for payment processing.

The personal data transmitted to PayPal is usually first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, or other data necessary for payment processing. The processing of the purchase contract also requires such personal data, which are in connection with the respective order.

The transmission of the data is aimed at payment processing and fraud prevention. The controller will transfer personal data to PayPal, in particular, if a legitimate interest in the transmission is given. The personal data exchanged between PayPal and the controller for the processing of the data will be transmitted by PayPal to economic credit agencies. This transmission is intended for identity and creditworthiness checks.

PayPal will, if necessary, pass on personal data to affiliates and service providers or subcontractors to the extent that this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or for data to be processed in the order.

The data subject has the possibility to revoke consent for the handling of personal data at any time from PayPal. A revocation shall not have any effect on personal data which must be processed, used or transmitted in accordance with (contractual) payment processing. Geo-Location Information

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.

Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology Rules, 2011 adopted by India’s IT Ministry, India’s Ministry of Communications ‘Press Note’ Technology, with clarifications and Ministry Of Communications And Information Technology (Department Of Information Technology) Notification Dated 11th April 2011 permits our users who are Indian residents and The General Data Protection Regulation(EU) permits our users who are EU residents the right to review or amend the Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) and give the information provider an option to retract consent at any point of time, in relation to the information that has been so provided.

We allow our users to request and obtain from us, free of charge information about categories of personal information (if any) and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. In case of withdrawal of consent, INFS has the option to not provide the goods or services for which the concerned information was sought. If you would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age and have a registered account with the Website, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Website.
